QUALIFICATIONS

As a third independent party with no interest, my expertise is in sales and marketing with over 40 years experience. I have been a licensed auctioneer for 23 years. With continuing education at the Auction Marketing Institute, Indiana University, Certified Auctioneers Institute, I am one of ten Virginia Auctioneers who wrote the PSI test for Virginia licensing. Also, I have been the moderator of workshops for the Virginia, West Virginia and the New Jersey Auctioneers Associations.

My personal property appraisals have probated in 5 countries, in all county, state, federal and bankruptcy courts. I am a Master Personal Property Appraiser and one of two National Auctioneer Association Personal Property Appraisers who represent the Educational Institute at The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council (TAFAC) authorized by the U.S. Congress as the Source of Appraisal Standards and Appraisals Qualifications Personal Property Working Group. My appraisals comply with USPAP standards and are valid through 2012.
